Evel Knieval died Friday at age 69. A lot of younger readers will hardly remember him. In the tardy 60s and premature 70s his name was a traditional word. All of us watched when he crashed his bike jumping past the fountains at Caesar's Palace. Man what a wreck! We all wondered how the hell he didn't kill himself.

But, that was Eval. That is what he did for a living. That wasn't his ultimate wreck. He straitened a whole of 40 bones popular his unmerciful body. He didn't cry regarding it. He would have been the unparalleled to say that pain and suffering were virtuous part of his job. Nobody made him jump. He did it to make a living. But no one does something uniform that virtuous for money.

Eval became a symbol of toughness and was one of the pristine bad-boy celebrities. He enviable the fame and he enviable to get it his way. He jumped past buses with a motorcycle, but he could have past virtuous regarding anything he enviable to and tranquil be a celebrity. That was his personality. We all saw him for what he was on TV. His persona came through. What you see was what you got. In further words, he was real, not several phony baloney A-hole.

I miss him already. He had been unhealthy for years, but virtuous suave he was unmerciful sufficient to hang on gave me a feeling of hope for the rest of us. By suave Eval was tranquil there we knew that manhood had not completely died time-worn popular America. There are not various of his thoughtful left.

The celebrities we have now are pussys. They all have gotten popular touch with their feminine side (in further ways than one). TV and the movies portray men as unrefined A-holes barely talented to understand a woman's instructions. How F-ing sad.

Men uniform John Wayne, Eval Knieval, Clark Gable, Jack Dempsey, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Stewart, Roy Rogers, Randolph Scott, and all the rest of the tall-in-the-saddle crowd have passed on and left us with the likes of Alec Baldwin and Sean Penn.

I'm thankful Mohammad Ali is tranquil around. He has his health problems, and I know we'll lose him one day. All things pass, but where are our untried heroes? Anybody vote for George Clooney and his girlfriend Brad Pitt? Should we look to sports stars uniform Babe Ruth and Joe DiMaggio? Yeah, I guess Barry Bonds and Michael Vick.

The sole veritable heroes we are passing to find now days are the ones that don't make a lot of BS noise with their golden chains and pimp cars. These are the men and women who go to work at jobs they don't necessarily enjoy to make a resident for their family. These are the people who take the time to spend time with their children uniform when they are weary from work. These are the people who sacrifice and do without so their domestic can have the worthy things popular life. When the hell do they get to be celebrities?

The answer is they already are to the people that love them. I have a couple of veritable renowned people popular my heart that no one's ever heard of.

Want to be remembered longer than Eval and all the rest? Do the true thing by your family. You will be remebered with pride and love for a roundabout time. All this fame is really transient anyway. Didn't he jump past cars or something on a motorcycle?

Pap was a worthy man. We miss him.
